At Select Cleanings, we strive to provide exceptional services while maintaining transparency and clarity in our policies. Please take a moment to review the following policies:

 

Payment Policy:

Payment is only accepted in the form of credit/debit cards via our secure booking page or a secure invoice directly sent to your email. We also accept Zelle payments to our main phone number at (407) 907-7949 – if you booked our services via phone call/text. NO cash or checks will be accepted.

 

100% Satisfaction Guarantee:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, neither are we. After the service is completed, our team will complete a walk-through with you. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, our team will be more than happy to re-touch any missed areas upon your request, at no additional charge, at the time of service. Please inspect all areas carefully, once the walk-through is complete, this completes the service. Any additional requests after this point will be charged accordingly. Please be advised that in the event you are unable to facilitate the final walk-through for any reason, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee will be rendered null and void.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made by 5:00 PM the day prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in notifying us of any changes to your appointment.

 

Clutter Removal:

To help our cleaners be more efficient and provide the best possible service, we kindly ask that you remove clutter and personal belongings from the areas to be cleaned before our arrival. This includes toys, clothing, dishes, and other items that may obstruct our cleaning process.

 

Stain and Mold Removal:

While we make every effort to remove stains and mold during our cleaning process, we cannot guarantee full removal in all cases. The effectiveness of stain removal depends on various factors, including the type and age of the stain. We will assess each situation individually and provide our best efforts to fix the issue to the best of our ability.

 

Move-Out Cleanings:

For move-out cleanings, please ensure that all furniture and personal belongings are removed from the premises before our arrival. This allows us to thoroughly clean and sanitize the space without any obstructions. Any items left behind may result in additional charges or rescheduling of your appointment.

 

Safety Policies:

High Area Cleaning: While we strive to deliver comprehensive cleaning services, please note that our capabilities are limited to areas below 6 feet. In adherence to safety protocols and to mitigate liability risks, our teams refrain from using ladders or accessing elevated spaces.

 

Appliance Movement:

We gladly accommodate cleaning around or beneath large appliances. However, to maintain safety standards and minimize liability exposure, our staff is unable to relocate them. Should you desire these areas cleaned, we kindly request that you relocate large appliances prior to our service.

 

Interior Window Cleaning:

In the interest of safety, our teams are prohibited from using ladders or accessing elevated spaces for window cleaning. We can clean accessible windows reachable via a 2-3 step ladder.
